As an example: When you are in traffic and you are possibly late and begin to panic you might miss that appointment, STOP the thoughts that usually come and simply say “Everything always goes my way”. Keep repeating it! Feel it to the bottom of your soul. Envision the traffic dispersing and you making it to your appointment on time.
You will be shocked at how things move in the right direction to make everything always go your way when you truly feel this. The energy of the universe will move with you in a positive direction.
